Kiku is a selection of Fuji which has a greater degree of red peel colouration than the original fruit, in this case, almost ruby red in colour. Grown in the right conditions, as with any Fuji, this can be a deliciously sweet and crisp fruit; quite irresistible to those who like a sweet apple.
