Brown Turkey are small to medium pear-shaped figs with red-brown, coppery-coloured skins and pinkish-white flesh. They are a good fig for eating fresh, being very sweet, though are not renowned for depth of flavour.
Brown Turkey figs have a Breva crop as well as a main-crop.
