Cara Cara

Cara Cara is a type of mid season Navel orange, similar to the standard Navel, with some pigmentation of the flesh. At peak maturity the flesh can be an attractive pinkish-orange, which fades later in the winter. It is a high quality fruit with a rich flavour and a very good sweetness to acid balance. Juice content is also good and the peel is relatively thin and easy to remove.
