Queen Ruby is a red seedless table grape. The berries are round in shape and medium to large in size. The skin colour is ruby, which is often in a gradient of light to dark from the stem end. The thin skin has minor resistance on biting and the flesh is soft. On chewing, the skin is not particularly noticeable, though can have a minor astringency. The berry is juicy and sweet, and flavour is neutral.
Some berries have minor rudimentary seeds which do not impact on the eating quality.
Queen Ruby is a mid to late season grape.
